Our chamfering series equipment features rotary brush rollers for efficient and versatile metal processing.

Whether handling stamped, sheared, or thermally cut parts, our machine processes all edges and holes at once, creating a smooth R-curve effect for a flawless finish. Safe, reliable, and easy to operate — perfect results every time. As per client’s needs, we can equip the machine with one or two sets of rotary roller brushes to reach R0.1-R2. To reach R2, at least two sets of rotary roller brushes are equipped.

Product Introduction

· This advanced through-feed processing system efficiently prepares workpiece surfaces by combining two key stages. First, a wide abrasive belt mechanism removes major imperfections such as slag residues and large flanged burrs. Subsequently, a set of rotating roller brushes spins the workpiece at high speed to eliminate edge and inner-hole burrs while forming a consistent R-angle—achievable through selectable process parameters and abrasive belt options.

· Equipped with a dust collector port, it efficiently captures debris and metal particles during operation. It can be connected to a standalone dust extraction unit or integrated into your factory's existing system.
