The DV-RR-S series deburring machine is equipped with 2 wide abrasive belts. By using high-grit abrasive belts, it effectively removes minor burrs from metal sheets and delivers surface brushing treatment. Different surface finish requirements can be achieved by selecting the appropriate abrasive belt grit, making it possible to produce No. 4 finish, satin finish, and short hairline finish. Optional polishing or brushing rollers are available for polishing and long hairline finish. A vacuum suction platform and anti-slip conveyor belt can be configured to support efficient workpiece processing.
