The DV-RR (DV-RRR) series deburring machine is equipped with 2 or 3 wide abrasive belts. By combining belts of different grits, it effectively removes burrs and oxide scale from metal sheets. The number of belts and the choice of grit are determined by the burr size of the workpiece and the required surface finish.

For carbon steel sheets, a magnetic adsorption platform is recommended. For carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts, a combined magnetic and vacuum platform is available.
