The DV-C series deburring machine is equipped with one or more sets of alloy hammers, designed to remove heavy slag. Depending on the workpiece and processing requirements, one or more wide abrasive belts can be optionally configured for deburring and surface finishing. An optional set of rotary roller brushes enables edge and cut-hole chamfering. The number of abrasive belts and the choice of grit are determined by the burr size of the workpiece and the required surface finish.

For carbon steel sheets, a magnetic adsorption platform is recommended. For carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts, a hybrid magnetic and vacuum platform is available.
