The DV-F series deburring machine is equipped with one or more sets of polishing rollers for surface polishing of workpieces. Depending on the workpiece and processing requirements, one or more wide abrasive belts can be optionally configured for deburring and surface finishing. Rotary roller brushes can also be added to work simultaneously, enabling chamfering and polishing in one pass. Different surface finish requirements can be met by using polishing rollers of different grits. A vacuum suction platform and anti-slip conveyor belt can be configured to support efficient workpiece processing.
