The DV-P series deburring machine is equipped with one or more sets of rotary roller brushes, designed to chamfer workpiece edges and cut holes. Depending on the working width and the number of roller brush sets, chamfering radii of R0.1–R2 can be achieved. For greater processing versatility, one or more wide abrasive belts can be optionally configured for deburring and surface finishing, and an optional set of alloy hammers is available for heavy slag removal. The position of the abrasive belts can be adjusted according to different materials to achieve different surface effects.

For carbon steel sheets, a magnetic adsorption platform is recommended. For carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts, a combined magnetic and vacuum platform is available.
