This through-type deburring machine first uses a wide abrasive belt to remove large burrs, slag, and flanges from workpieces. It then pairs with high-speed rotating roller brushes to eliminate edge/inner hole burrs and create uniform R angles (adjustable via processes/abrasive belts). The two stations operate independently: the abrasive belt handles surface drawing, polishing, descaling, and deburring; the roller brush delivers 360° dead-angle-free deburring. Equipped with a wear-resistant, high-temperature conveyor belt, variable frequency speed control, and a 7.5kW filter dust collector to capture most process dust.

· Deburring series equipment offers wide abrasive belts, rotary brush rollers, multi-station combined grinding, and multifunctional models. As a dry-type integrated machine (wide abrasive belt + roller brush), it removes slag/burrs in one single-sided pass from metal plates processed by laser, cutting, plasma, flame, stamping, machining, aluminum fabrication, etc.

· Equipped with dual sand belts and six roller brushes, it realizes edge/hole smoothing, chamfering, and surface descaling for metal sheets. It comprehensively eliminates burrs from stamping, shearing, laser/plasma cutting in one go, creating small R-arcs on all edges and holes for consistent, high-quality results.
