It can remove slag/burrs from single-sided weld seams of metal plates processed by laser, cutting, plasma, flame, stamping, mechanical processing, aluminum manufacturing, and other techniques. Suitable for surface pre grinding, deburring of holes/edges/rounded corners, and wire drawing, eliminating low efficiency, dust, and inconsistent finishing. Equipped with dual sanding belts, roller brushes, and a polishing roller, it can achieve deburring, smoothing, and chamfering of workpieces. It completely removes burrs from stamping, shearing, and laser/plasma cutting in one go, forming small R-arcs on all edges and holes to achieve perfect results. The 6.6KW explosion-proof wet dust collector efficiently captures dust during operation, ensuring safety and reliability.
