Both stations operate independently: the abrasive belt handles surface drawing, polishing, descaling and deburring; the roller brush provides 360° dead-angle-free deburring. Product Introduction

· Our deburring series equipment features dual sanding belts, rotating brush rollers, multi-station combined grinding, and multifunctional models. It efficiently removes slag and burrs in one pass (single-sided) from metal plates processed by laser cutting, shearing, plasma cutting, flame cutting, stamping, machining, and aluminum plate fabrication. Ideal for pre-grinding metal surfaces, deburring holes/edges/corners, and surface brushing, it eliminates inefficiency, dust issues, and inconsistent finishing.

· Both the abrasive belt unit and roller brush station can also function independently, offering flexible operation tailored to specific needs. The equipment features a wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant conveyor belt for reliable workpiece transfer, with variable-speed frequency control for optimized processing efficiency.

· Using widely available consumables or custom imported abrasives, the machine boosts productivity and meets specific finishing requirements.

· Equipped with a dust collector port, it efficiently captures debris and metal particles during operation. It can be connected to a standalone dust extraction unit or integrated into your factory's existing system.
