1. What is a dry deburring machine? What is its core principle?

A dry deburring machine is a physical surface treatment device that does not use cutting fluid or coolant. Its core principle is to use a high-speed rotating abrasive belt, grinding wheel, or flexible brush to contact the workpiece surface, utilizing frictional cutting action to efficiently remove burrs, round edges (R-angle treatment), and improve surface finish in a single process. The entire process is dry and clean, without liquid contamination.

2. What are the main advantages of dry grinding compared to traditional wet grinding or other deburring processes?

• Superior environmental friendliness and low cost: No waste liquid treatment is required, there is no oil pollution, the working environment is cleaner, and costs for cutting fluid purchase and subsequent treatment are saved.

• Excellent comprehensive processing capabilities: It integrates multiple effects such as deburring, chamfering, polishing, and brushing, allowing one piece of equipment to complete multiple processes.

• High surface consistency: Automated mechanical movement ensures uniform and consistent processing results for each workpiece, especially suitable for uniform rounding of complex edges and curved surfaces.

• Lower long-term costs: Consumables mainly consist of abrasive belts/grinding wheels/roller brushes, which are easy to replace, and the overall maintenance cost is lower than wet or special process equipment.

• Ready to use immediately: The processed workpieces are dry and can directly enter the next assembly or inspection process without additional cleaning and drying steps.

3.  What materials are our deburring machines suitable for?

Metal sheets: aluminum, copper, steel, cast iron, titanium alloy, etc.

4. How do I choose the right machine model for my production needs?

The following factors should be considered when making your selection:

• Part size and shape: Choose a machine with suitable processing space and fixtures based on the size and complexity of your workpieces.

• Production capacity requirements: Determine the required level of automation (e.g., single-station or multi-station) based on your average daily output.

• Process precision: For high-precision parts, consider optional precision control systems or flexible deburring units.

• Budget and after-sales service: We offer various configurations and technical support. Please contact us to customize a solution for you.
