Product Introduction

· This dry sanding belt machine is equipped with a three belt design, which efficiently integrates three core functions: deburring, smooth edge treatment, and surface finishing. It can accurately remove burrs on the edges and hole positions of workpieces, and quickly create smooth and rounded workpiece contours in metal plate drawing, descaling, polishing, and slight chamfering operations, greatly improving processing efficiency and surface texture

· The machine can eliminate burrs from processes like stamping, laser cutting, and plasma cutting in a single pass, ensuring safe and reliable operation with consistent, high-quality results.

· It combines coarse and fine abrasive stations: the first removes heavy burrs and slag, while the second refines the surface. These stations can also operate independently for specialized applications such as polishing or wire drawing.

· Using widely available consumables or custom imported abrasives, the machine boosts productivity and meets specific finishing requirements.

· Equipped with a dust collector port, it efficiently captures debris and metal particles during operation. It can be connected to a standalone dust extraction unit or integrated into your factory's existing system.
