Product Introduction

· This dry sanding belt machine is equipped with dual sanding belts and polishing rollers, integrating four core functions: deburring, polishing, edge smoothing treatment, and surface finishing, accurately removing burrs from the edges and hole positions of the workpiece.

· It can eliminate burrs generated by stamping, laser/plasma cutting in one go, quickly create smooth and rounded contours in metal plate drawing, descaling, polishing, and slight chamfering, greatly improving processing efficiency and surface texture, safe and reliable operation, and consistent product quality.

· Supporting universal consumables or customized imported abrasives can not only increase production capacity, but also meet specific precision machining requirements; Equipped with a dust collector port, it can efficiently capture debris and metal particles, compatible with independent dust removal devices or existing dust removal systems in the factory.
