Product Introduction

· This dry-type abrasive belt machine features a dual-sand-belt design for efficient deburring, edge smoothing, and surface finishing. It effectively removes burrs from edges and holes, creating smooth, rounded contours while performing tasks such as wire drawing, descaling, polishing, and light chamfering on metal sheets.

· The machine can eliminate burrs from processes like stamping, laser cutting, and plasma cutting in a single pass, ensuring safe and reliable operation with consistent, high-quality results.

· It combines coarse and fine abrasive stations: the first removes heavy burrs and slag, while the second refines the surface. These stations can also operate independently for specialized applications such as polishing or wire drawing.
