This through-type deburring machine features a three-step process: dual wide abrasive belts remove large burrs and perform stainless steel brushing, followed by roller brushes for chamfering, edge/inner hole deburring, and adjustable R angles (via process/abrasive selection), plus a rear sand shaft for secondary SS brushing.
Abrasive belt and roller brush stations operate independently – the belts handle drawing, descaling, and deburring. Equipped with an 8.6KW fireproof wet dust collector (captures most process dust) and PLC control for reliable operation.
