· This dry sanding belt machine adopts a dual sanding belt and hammer disc combination design, which efficiently integrates the three core functions of deburring, smooth edge treatment, and surface finishing. It can accurately remove burrs on the edges and hole positions of workpieces, and quickly create smooth and rounded contours in metal plate drawing, descaling, polishing, and slight chamfering operations, balancing processing efficiency and surface texture.

· The machine can eliminate burrs from processes like stamping, laser cutting, and plasma cutting in a single pass, ensuring safe and reliable operation with consistent, high-quality results.

· It combines coarse and fine abrasive stations: the first removes heavy burrs and slag, while the second refines the surface. These stations can also operate independently for specialized applications such as polishing or wire drawing.
