Product Introduction

· This advanced through-feed processing system efficiently prepares workpiece surfaces by combining two key stages. First, a wide abrasive belt mechanism removes major imperfections such as slag residues and large flanged burrs. Subsequently, a set of rotating roller brushes spins the workpiece at high speed to eliminate edge and inner-hole burrs while forming a consistent R-angle—achievable through selectable process parameters and abrasive belt options.

· Both the abrasive belt unit and roller brush station can also function independently, offering flexible operation tailored to specific needs. The equipment features a wear-resistant, high-temperature-resistant conveyor belt for reliable workpiece transfer, with variable-speed frequency control for optimized processing efficiency.

· Using widely available consumables or custom imported abrasives, the machine boosts productivity and meets specific finishing requirements.

· Equipped with a dust collector port, it efficiently captures debris and metal particles during operation. It can be connected to a standalone dust extraction unit or integrated into your factory's existing system.
